To contact us or request non-emergency repairs, simply sign in as Resident on the right side of the page and submit, in detail, your request under the "Requests" tab.

An emergency is an urgent, sudden, and serious event or an unforeseen change in circumstances that necessitates immediate action to remedy harm or avert imminent danger to life, health, or property.

The following situations are generally considered a maintenance emergency...fire, flood, major water leaks and break-ins. Fire, break-ins or any other incidents involving personal safety, call 911 first!

Normal Business Hours:  Monday thru Friday, 10am–5pm

Office staff does not monitor their voicemail, email, text or messages via tenant portal during non-business hours. If you have an urgent or emergency maintenance issue beyond our normal business hours, you must call the ER line!

PLEASE NOTE that although we do our best to keep normal business hours there will be times that we will have to unexpectedly close during these times due to business errands, showings, illness, personal time, etc. We urge you to call in advance if you need to meet with us and/or leave detailed messages during these times so that we can better assist you upon our return. We do have a mail slot located in our back door for rent and paperwork drop offs during times that we are closed. And our ER line is available for emergency calls.

Please note that the Unit # on the following Register Online link refers to first the apt #, if applicable and then the assigned bedroom # for resident. Both resident and resident's parent/guarantor have the ability to register for their own personal log-in information. Please contact us at (269) 488-3317 if you experience any problems registering.
